WOD #73:
A) 5 sets -- 1 power clean and 2 squat cleans (135 lb)
B) 12 minute AMRAP:
- 10 DB push press (30 lb each arm)
- Farmer carries (30 lb each arm)
- 10 Russian twists (each side, 15 lb slamball)
5 rounds completed plus 8 reps
