WOD #20:
A) Pull-ups:
- 3 sets at (5/5/5), (4/4/4), (3/3/3/); w/20 bar jumps b/w each set
B) HSPU:
- Did 2 total, but fell on my right shoulder and messed up my rotator cuff and labrum.
- Mixed in jump ropes, too.
C) Suicides:
- Sprints
- Shuttles
- Farmer's carry
- Broad jumps
