A1) 4 sets x 10 each leg -- walking DB lunges (30 lb)
A2) 4 sets x 12 reps -- back extensions
B1) 3 sets x 10 each arm -- bench DB rows (30 lb)
B2) 3 sets x 10 each arm -- bicep curls, 5 seconds down each rep (20 lb)
