A) 1 power clean every 30 seconds for 10 minutes (125 lb)
B) 3 sets at high effort:
- 1 minute of box jumps
- 1 minute of pull-ups and burpees (30 seconds each)
- 1 minute rowing (for calories)
160 total reps
