5 rounds, 3 minutes each, rest 3 minutes between each round. Start each round off from where you left off, performing the following:
- 20 pull-ups
- 30 push-ups
- 40 sit-ups
- 50 air squats
Total: 3 rounds completed (420 reps) Rx
