5 rounds:
A1) 4 reps -- Romanian deadlifts @ 40X1 (max 250 lbs); rest 90 seconds
A2) 4 reps -- weighted supinated pull-ups (ma 20 lbs); rest 90 seconds
B) 5 rounds for time:
- 60 seconds DBU
- 8 strict TTB (or as high as you can go w/out kipping)
