A) In 20 minutes, work up to 1 rep max back squat (250 lbs -- PR)

B) 4 rounds at moderate effort -- 90 seconds per station, 30 seconds rest:
- Rowing for calories (total 126 calories)
- 24" box jumps (total 93)
- Alternate: plank/side planks
