October 30, 2012 -- WOD #139

A) 4 rounds:
- 4 front squats @ 20X1 (max 195 lbs -- that was my old 1RM); rest 30 seconds
- 8 bench DB rows (max 50 lbs); rest 2 minutes

B) 3 rounds:
- DB walking lunges (12 per leg; max 45 lbs)
