- 5 close-stance goblet squats + 5 wide-stance goblet squats (max 75 lbs)
- 90 seconds rest
B) 4 rounds:
- 8 Bulgarian split squats per leg (10 lb DBs)
- 15 incline sit-ups
- No rest
