A) 15 minute AMRAP:
- 6 goblet squats (70 lbs)
- 7 burpee box jumps (24" box)
- 200 M row
Total: 6 rounds

B) Didn't do it because my wrist and back hurt, but mostly because my wrist hurt. Dammit.
