A) 4 sets; 2 minutes rest between sets:
- 10 banded good mornings (thick blue band)
- 8 DB lateral lunges per leg (32 lb KB)

B) 8 rounds of Tabata mash-up:
- Burpees
- Plank
- Slamballs (20 lbs)
