A) 5 rounds, 1 minute rest between rounds:
- 8-10 half kneel DB press (max 45 lbs)
- 20-30 second side planks (both sides)
- 10 band pulls (thin black band)

B) For time:
- 30 jumping pull-ups
- 10 DB thrusters (30 lbs)
- 30 sit-ups
- 10 DB thrusters
- 30 walking lunges (per leg)
- 10 DB thrusters
- 30 sit-ups
- 10 DB thrusters
- 30 jumping pull-ups
