A) 4 rounds; 2-3 minutes of rest between rounds:
- 8 close grip bench presses (max 160 lbs for 5 reps)
- 4 strict chin-ups
B)10 minute ladder up (2-1, 4-2, 6-3, etc):
- Jumping pull-ups
- DB thrusters (25 lbs/arm)
Total: 16 rounds + 21 reps
