February 19, 2014 -- WOD #294

A) 5 rounds; 1 minute rest between rounds:
- 5 DB push press (max 50 lbs per arm)
- 5 DB front squats (same)
- 5 DB thrusters (same)
- 200 M row

B) 12 minute ladder, w/partner (Jon C.):
- P1 (me) does 1 burpee and 1 shuttle run (back and forth); P2 does 2 and 2, P1 does 3 and 3, etc.
Total: 11 rounds + 12 burpees
