April 5, 2014 -- WOD #305

A) 5 rounds; rest 2 minutes between each round:
- 5 sumo deadlifts (max 200 lbs)
- 8 drop balls (20 lbs)

B) 5 rounds as fast as possible; rest 3x the time it takes to complete each round:
- 10 goblet squats (45 lbs)
- 10 tuck jumps
